Preliminary Injunction Motion filed against SAFE ACT

SUBJECT: Motion filed for preliminary injunction of NY SAFE ACT.

On Monday, April 15, 2013, motions were filed seeking a
preliminary injunction against the NY SAFE ACT. The motion seeks
to stay the implementation of the act pending the outcome of
the lawsuit seeking to strike down provisions of the act.
